You must use our website and services legally and respectfully. We may update, modify, or discontinue services at any time.
2. Payments & Cancellations
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers (Stripe, Vagaro, Jotform, PayPal, etc.).
Cancellations and refunds follow the policy listed at the time of booking. No-shows may be non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services when necessary.
3. Community Conduct
Users may not:
Engage in harassment, bullying, hate speech, or unsafe behavior
Spam, promote unauthorized ads, or misuse our platforms
Disrupt services or attempt unauthorized access
We may remove participants or disable accounts for violations.
4. Health, Safety & Liability
Participation in yoga, fitness, coaching, and wellness activities is voluntary and at your own risk.
Unity Kitsap is not liable for injuries, property loss, website downtime, or third-party platform issues.
Consult a healthcare provider before starting any wellness or movement activity.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, class materials, logos, graphics, PDFs, and curriculum belong to Unity Kitsap / Unity Wellness Project.
You may not copy, sell, or redistribute our materials without written permission.
6. Accuracy of Information
We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee all information is error-free. Programs, pricing, and schedules may change.
7. Privacy & Data
We collect only what is needed to provide services. We do not sell personal information.

At Unity Kitsap, we strive to provide high-quality services, programs, and events. Because many of our offerings reserve limited spots, all cancellations and refunds must follow the guidelines listed on the booking page at the time of purchase. Class and appointment cancellations made outside the allowed window are non-refundable, and no-shows cannot be credited or refunded. Workshops, special events, and programs are refundable only if canceled before the stated deadline; after that time, all sales are final. Space rental deposits and fees are non-refundable unless Unity Kitsap must cancel due to an emergency or facility issue. Merchandise sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective, in which case you must notify us within seven days for a possible replacement. If Unity Kitsap or Unity Wellness Project must cancel or reschedule a service due to illness, low enrollment, weather, or other issues, we will issue either a refund or credit depending on the program.
