Unity Kitsap strives to provide high-quality services, programs, and events. Because many of our offerings reserve limited spots, all cancellations and refunds must follow the guidelines listed on the booking page at the time of purchase. Class and appointment cancellations made outside the allowed window are non-refundable, and no-shows cannot be credited or refunded. Workshops, special events, and programs are refundable only if canceled before the stated deadline; after that time, all sales are final. Space rental deposits and fees are non-refundable unless Unity Kitsap must cancel due to an emergency or facility issue. Merchandise sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective, in which case you must notify us within seven days for a possible replacement. If Unity Kitsap or Unity Wellness Project must cancel or reschedule a service due to illness, low enrollment, weather, or other issues, we will issue either a refund or credit depending on the program. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process. For questions, please contact us at unity@unitykitsap.org or 360-663-5683.
Unity Kitsap is committed to protecting the privacy of children and teens who participate in our programs. In accordance with the principles of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without the express consent of a parent or legal guardian. Any youth information collected—such as name, age, emergency contacts, health needs, or participation notes—is used solely to ensure safety, provide services, and communicate with parents or guardians. We do not share, sell, or distribute children’s information to third parties other than trusted service providers who help us operate our programs in a secure and confidential manner. Parents and guardians may request to review, update, or delete their child’s information at any time by contacting us at unity@unitykitsap.org or 360-663-5683. By enrolling a child or teen in our programs, families consent to the collection and use of youth information as described in this policy.
